While we always strive for timely delivery, turnaround times are an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays are uncommon, but we are unable to be held responsible should they occur.

Kindly note, if the personalization box is left blank, your item will be created and sent without customization. Should you wish to adjust colors or design details, we are always happy to help—please reach out to us prior to ordering at tailoredheirlooms@yahoo.com.

We take great care in handling every item entrusted to us. However, for customer-provided pieces, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage. While rare, we are unable to replace personal items in the event this occurs.

As each piece is made especially for you, all sales are final.

Each of our embroidered pieces is handmade with care and designed to be cherished for years to come. To preserve their beauty and integrity, please follow these guidelines:

  • Delicate Handling: These items are handcrafted and delicate. Avoid rough wear or snagging.
  • Washing: Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water, or hand wash for extra care. Use mild detergent only.
  • Drying: Always hang to dry. Avoid the dryer, as heat can damage fibers and embroidery.
  • Ironing: If needed, iron on the reverse side on a low setting, avoiding direct contact with embroidery.
  • Storage: Store flat or folded gently in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Following these simple steps ensures your embroidered heirloom remains vibrant, soft, and full of charm for years to come.

Shipping & Returns

At Tailored Heirlooms, each embroidered piece is crafted with care, attention, and love, designed to become a cherished part of your wardrobe or home. Because our items are made to order and often personalized, we handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully:

  • All embroidered garments and accessories are made specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are customized or personalized.
  • If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Item must be unwashed and in original packaging. Please Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if a replacement isn’t available.
