Refund policy

At Tailored Heirlooms, each embroidered piece is crafted with care, attention, and love, designed to become a cherished part of your wardrobe or home. Because our items are made to order and often personalized, we handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully:

• All embroidered garments and accessories are made specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are customized or personalized.
• If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Item must be unwashed and in original packaging. Please Include photos and a description of the issue, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if a replacement isn’t available.
