Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note while we aim to stay within our turn around times, due to order volume delays may occur.

Preordered items are an estimate. We try our hardest to get these items to you prior to our ETA, delays may occur and are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays. 


IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 38672 Alderly lane, Denham Springs LA 70706. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8 A.M - 8 P.M Monday - Friday. We have a pickup bin located out front for easy access to you. Cameras are located outside as well to ensure each person only takes their paid for item.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tailoredheirlooms@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
